Our very traditional Bolognase is to die for. I eat it with a spoon. Chunky meat sauce with ground beef, carrots, onion, celery, a splash of milk and lots of love. Mangia! Mangia! Pick up some stellar organic Bionaturae dried egg tagliatelle in store.
All soups and stews are sold by the 32oz quart and sold sometimes fresh, sometimes frozen (they are prepared on rotation). One quart serves 2 as a main dish or 3-4 as a side dish. To defrost, place entire quart in a pot of warm water until the sides loosen enough to empty contents into a sauce pan. Simmer on low, covered until heated through.
