


Chicken Pita
Boneless chicken thighs are immersed in the same succulent marinade as our chicken brochettes: our own Palestinian grilling spice, tomato paste, red wine vinegar, and garlic for as long as those thighs can take it. We brown, then braise them slow and low until they are falling apart and ready to shove into a greek flatbread pita (also available in store) with crumbled feta, tomato, cucumber, pickled red onion and tzatziki.
