


Chicken Shawarma Stew

Tender chunks of our Palestinian marinated chicken thighs, seasonal vegetables, ginger, garlic, lemon, chile. Delicious with pita, rice or on its own. We use chickpea flour to thicken the roux slightly. This dish is gluten and dairy free. Easily one of our customer favorites!
All soups and stews are sold by the 32oz quart and sold sometimes fresh, sometimes frozen (they are prepared on rotation). One quart serves 2 as a main dish or 3-4 as a side dish. To defrost, place entire quart in a pot of warm water until the sides loosen enough to empty contents into a sauce pan. Simmer on low, covered until heated through.
