Israeli Cous Cous
Pearly size cous cous balls, made with semolina flour, is such a perfect side dish with its playful mouth feel. We toss hours with lots of chopped mint and parsley, toasted pinenuts, and preserved lemon. Pairs perfectly with our chicken & vegetable shawarma stew or the Palestinian chicken skewers.
