


Vegan Golden Vegetable Soup
One of our best selling soups. Cauliflower, carrot, sweet potato and onion are cooked in aromatics (ginger, onion and garlic) and then blended to a smooth and creamy consistency with cashew nuts, coconut milk, red curry paste and our special blend of spices. Add a little sauteed chopped up cauliflower, chickpeas and whatever else we have on hand at home for some added texture!
All soups and stews are sold by the 32oz quart and sold sometimes fresh, sometimes frozen (they are prepared on rotation). One quart serves 2 as a main dish or 3-4 as a side dish. To defrost, place entire quart in a pot of warm water until the sides loosen enough to empty contents into a sauce pan. Simmer on low, covered until heated through.
